About Matthew D. Estes, Esq.

I have been representing employee, with a specialization in federal employment law, for more than 16 years in the Washington, D.C. area. After working at law firms of various sizes, in roles from law clerk to Partner, I decided to start my own firm in 2023 to better serve my clients. I know that an individual's employment is more than just a job, and I have dedicated my professional life to protecting the rights of federal and private sector employees.

My mission is to defend the rights and employment of my clients. I do so by leveraging my experience and expertise combined with a more affordable and efficient business model that puts clients first.

I look forward to the opportunity to represent you.

I practice before Federal, D.C. and Virginia courts in addition to representing employees before the EEOC, MSPB, OSC and other state and local administrative bodies. My appellate practice includes appeals of MSPB decisions to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and appeals of Final Agency Decisions to the EEOC's Office of Federal Operations (OFO).
